Power of Court to effect arrest of witnesses by entry and detention of vessels.—(1) If any Court making an investigation under this Chapter issues a warrant of arrest to compel the attendance of any person whose evidence is in its opinion necessary, it may, for the purpose of effecting the arrest, but subject to any general or special instructions issued by the State Government in this behalf, authorise any officer to enter any vessel.
