Penalty for closure without notice. 3*[30A. Penalty for closure without notice.- Any employer who closes down any undertaking without complying with the provisions of section 25FFA shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.]
