Short title extent and commencement ; (i) This Act may be called the Jharkhand Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Amendment) Act, 2011. (ii) It shall extent to the whole of the State of Jharkhand. (iii) It shall come into force from the date of the notification in official Gazette.
