Power of Board exercisable from time to time Any power conferred by this Act on the Board may be exercised from time to time as occasion requires. 92 Publication and effect of rules and notifications All rules made, and notification issued under this Act shall be published in the Official Gazette, and on such publication shall have effects as if enacted in this Act.
