Bar to transfer of trial on application of accused- The provision of section 191 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) shall not apply in any case in which if Magistrate (not being the collector) takes cognizance of an offence under this Act on the report of any officer referred to in clause (a) or clause (b) of section 87.
