Power of Collector to issue warrant of arrest The Collector or any Magistrate empowered to try offences punishable under this Act, may issue a warrant for the arrest of any person whom he has reason to believe to have committed or abetted any offence punishable under Section 47, Section 49, Section 55 or Section 56.
