Imprisonment under Sec. 58 or Sec. 59 No person on whose account an intoxicant has been illegally imported, exported, transported, manufactured, sold or held in possession within the meaning of Sec. 58 and no holder of a licence, permit or pass who may be punishable under Sec. 59 shall, on conviction, be punishable with imprisonment, except in default of payment of fine.
