Licences under the Bihar and Orissa Act II of 1915- All export, imports, transport, manufacture, sale and possession of intoxicants not prohibited under this Ordinance shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar and Orissa Excise Act, 1915 (Bihar and Orissa Act II of 1915) the rules made and the notifications issued thereunder.
