Power of the State Government to make rule – The State Government may, by notification, make rules to provide for all or any of the following matters, namely; (a) the financial and administrative power, which the Chairman of a Tribunal may exercise; (b) the salaries, allwances and conditions of service of the officers and other employees of the tribunal under sub-section (3) of Section 7 of the Act; and (c) any other matter relating to the implementation of the provisions of this Act.
