Protection of action taken in good faith – No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairman and members of the Education Tribunal, or any other person authorized by the Chairman and Members for any Act which has been done or is being done in good faith by the Tribunal or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
