Short title, extent and commencement:- (i) This Act may be called the The Code of Criminal Procedure (Jharkhand Amendment) Act,2011 (ii) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Jharkhand. (iii) It shall come into force from the date of notification in the official gazette.
