Short title, extents and commencement:- (1) This Act ma be. called the Code of Criminal Procedure (Jharkhand Amendment) Act, 2006 (2) It extent to the whole ofthe State of Jharkhand. (3) It shall come into force from the date of notification inthe officialgazette.
