Revocation or modification of orders. - Order under Sections 3,4,5 and 6 may at any time be revoked or modified by the State Government provided that the revocation or modification shall not be a bar to the making of a fresh order under Section 3 against the same person in any case where fresh facts have arisen after an order of revocation or modification of the order by the State Government.
