Power to remove difficulties - (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government, by notification in the official Gazette, make such orders, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as to appear to it necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty. (2) Every order made under this section, as soon as may be after it is mad be laid before the state legislative while it is in session.
