Penalty for failure to furnish list of co-sharers.- Any landlord who, on being required to do so by the Deputy Commissioner under section 6, refuses or without reasonable cause neglects to furnish list of co-charers of a tenure in due time, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees, and with a further fine which may extend to five rupees for each day after conviction during which the default continues.
