Recovery of dues - (1) Costs and interest awarded under this Act in rent suits [* * * *] shall be recoverable as if they were arrears of rent. (2) All costs [and interests] not referred to in sub-section (1) [and a damage compensation], fines and penalties, awarded or imposed under this Act, shall be recoverable in the manner provided in Chapter XVI for the recovery of money (not being arrears of rent) due under a decree.
