Execution of decree or order for ejectment or re-instatement of cultivator - (1) If the decree or order is for the ejectment of any cultivator from land occupied by him or for the reinstatement of any cultivator in the occupancy of the land from which he has been ejected the decree or order shall be executed by giving the possession or occupancy of the land to the person entitled by the decree or the order to such possession or occupancy. (2) If any opposition to the execution of the order for giving such possession or occupancy is made by the party against whom the order is made, Deputy Commissioner shall, in the exercise of his powers as a Magistrate give effect to the order,
