Return or amendments of statement of claim - If the statement of claim does not contain the several particulars required by Section 143 or by Sections 143 and 144, as the case may be, or is not subscribed and verified as required by Section 147, the Deputy Commissioner may return the statement of the plaintiff, or may at his discretion allow it to be amended.
