Institution of suits by presentation of statement of claim - Suits before the Deputy Commissioner under this Act shall be instituted by presenting a statement of claim showing,- (a) the name, description and place of abode of the plaintiff; (b) the name, description and place of abode of the defendant so far as they can be ascertained; (c) the substance to the claim; and (d) the date of the cause of action.
