Prohibition against new praedial conditions - From and after the commencement of this Act,- (a) no tenancy shall be created with any praedial condition attached, other than rent- free tenancies with the sole condition of rendering personal service; and (b) no new praedial condition shall be imposed on any tenancy in existence at any time of such commencement.
