Offences under the Act, to be cognizable. – All offences under this Act, shall be cognizable, and subject to the provisions of this Act, the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898) 1, with respect to cognizable offences shall apply to them. CHAPTER IV Exemptions and Licenses.
