Penalty for contravention of other provisions of this Chapter – If a person – (a) keeps a bull in contravention of the provisions of this Chapter or of any rule made under this Act or of any terms or conditions of a licence; (b) neglects or fails to submit a bull for inspection when required to do so under section 24; (c ) obstructs or resists castration of a bull as required under section 35; and (d) neglects or fails to produce a licence when required to do so under section 26; He shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twenty five rupees and, in the case of a second or any subsequent offence, with fine which may extend to fifty rupees. Explanation – In this section – “person” includes the authorities of any institution keeping a bull.
