Authority for navigable channels It shall be lawful for the state Government from time to time, to authorise any of the concerned officers to make and open any line of navigation or to clear and deepen any navigable canal and to stop any watercourse, or make any tracking path, or do any other act necessary for the making or improvement of any such canal.
