Removal of encroachment If, within the time so fixed, such person doesn't comply with the order, the canal officer may cause the encroachment to be removed or modified; the expenses involved in such removal or modification, shall be recovered from person concerned; Provided that the Divisional Canal Officer may, in cases of emergency, remove the encroachment before the publication of notification and the expenses incurred shall be recoverable from the person concerned.
