Penalty. - Whoever obstructs an emergency tenant from cultivating the land settled with him under sub-section (1) of section 3, or obstructs the irrigation of any land against an order made under section 8 or 9 shall, on conviction, be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees, or with both.
