Recovery of sums due to the Government. - All sums due from a registered society or from an officer or member, past or present or from his sureties or from the estate of a deceased member of a registered society or from his sureties as such to the Government including any costs awarded to the Government may be recovered in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.
