Definitions. - In this Chapter, unless context otherwise requires- (a) 'Board' means the managing committee of the State Co-operative Land Development Bank; (b) 'Land Development Bank' includes the State Co-operative Land Development Bank and the Primary Co-operative Land Development. Bank; (c) 'Prescribed' means prescribed by rules made under this Chapter; (d) 'Primary Co-operative Land Development Bank' means a registered society of that name; (e) 'State Co-operative Land Development Bank' means registered society of that name, registered under Section 11, and includes the Bihar State Co-operative Land Mortgage Bank Ltd. registered as such under Section 11; and (f) 'Trustee' means the Trustee referred to in Section 44-C.
