Cost of inquiry and inspection. - Where an inquiry is held under section 35, or an inspection is made under Section 36, the Registrar may, after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard and after recording the reasons, apportions the costs of such inquiry or inspection, or such part of the costs as he may think fit. between the society, the members or creditor demanding inquiry or inspection and the officers or former officers of the society.
