Member not to exercise rights till due payment made. - No member of a registered society shall exercise the rights of a member unless or until he has made such payment to the society in respect of membership or acquired such interest in the society, as may be prescribed by the rules or bye-laws: [Provided that in case of multipurpose co-operative society a member may exercise the right to vote at the election of members of the managing committee of society notwithstanding his not having made payment in respect of the membership of the society.]
