Constitution of Committee. - The Board or Executive Committee may constitute standing or ad hoc committee consisting wholly of members of such Board or wholly other persons, or partly of members of such Board and partly of other persons, and for any purpose or purposes consistent with the provisions of the Act as it may think fit.
