Members, Officers and Servants of the Agency to be public servants. - All members, officers and servants of the Agency whether representing or appointed by the Agency or the State Government shall be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act to be public servants within the moaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act XIV of 1860).
