Accounts and Audits. - (1) The Agency shall cause to be maintained such books of account and other books as may be necessary for maintaining the accounts and in such form and manner as may be prescribed. (2) The Accounts of Agency shall be audited in such manner, as may, in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India or his representative, the Accountant General, Bihar be prescribed.
