Short title, extent and commencement. - (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Agricultural Produce Markets (Amendment) Act, 1993. (ii) It shall be extended to the whole of the State of Bihar (iii) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 6th of August, 1960.
