Appeals from District and Additional Judge

Appeals from District and Additional Judge. (1) Save as otherwise provided by any enactment for the time being in force, an appeal from a decree or order of a district Judge or an District Judge shall lie to the High Court. (2) An appeal shall not lie to the High Court from a decree or order of an District Judge in any case in which, if the decree or order had been made by the Principal District Judge, an appeal would not lie to that Court.
