Meetings of the Committees- (1) The Authority shall meet at least twice during the year, provided that at least one meeting must be held three months prior to the commencement of Shrawani Mela. (2) The Authority may meet at any time and convene meetings keeping in view the commencement of Shrawani mela and / or as and when desired by the Chairman.
