लेखा एवं लेखा-अंके¢ण - (I) Ĥािधकार के लेखा संधारण का दािय×व Ĥािधकार के सिचव पर रहेगा। (II) राÏय सरकार से ĤाƯ िनिध के लेखा का अंके¢ण महालेखाकार, झारखÖड के साथ-साथ ǒवƣ ǒवभाग के अंके¢ण शाखा Ʈारा Ǒकया जायेगा तथा अंके¢ण Ĥितवेदन Ĥािधकार को समǒप[त Ǒकया जायेगा। (III) Ĥािधकार के वाǒष[क लेखा का अंके¢ण माÛयता ĤाƯ चाट[ड एकाउÛटɅट Ʈारा Ǒकया जायेगा जो बजट के साथ- साथ अंके¢ण Ĥितवेदन भूिम सुधार एवं राजèव ǒवभाग को अĒसाǐरत करेगा । झारखंड राÏयपाल के आदेश से, बी0 बी0 मंगलमूित[, Ĥधान सिचव-सह-ǒविध परामशȸ ǒविध (ǒवधान) ǒवभाग, झारखÖड, राँची । 12 झारखÖड गजट (असाधारण) मंगलवार, 23 फरवरȣ, 2016 अिधसूचना 8 फरवरȣ, 2016 संÉया-एल0 जी0-38/2015-34/लेज0 झारखंड ǒवधान मंडल Ʈारा यथा पाǐरत और राÏयपाल Ʈारा Ǒदनांक- 07 फरवरȣ, 2016 को अनुमत बाबा बैƭनाथधाम-बासुकȧनाथ तीथ[ ¢ेğ ǒवकास Ĥािधकार अिधिनयम, 2015 का िनàनांǑकत अंĒेजी अनुवाद झारखंड राÏयपाल के Ĥािधकार से इसके Ʈारा Ĥकािशत Ǒकया जाता है ǔजसे भारतीय संǒवधान के अनुÍछेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उƠ अिधिनयम का अंĒेजी भाषा मɅ Ĥािधकृत पाठ समझा जाएगा। BABA BAIDYANATH DHAM – BASUKINATH SHRINE AREA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 2015 (Jharkhand Act, 06, 2016) An Act to promulgate The Baba Baidhyanath Dham - Basukinath Shrine Area Development Authority Act 2015 Shrawani Mela is a religious and cultural fair and is held every year in Deoghar and Basukinath (Dumka) in the State of Jharkhand wherein along with local people, lakhs of pilgrims from within the country as well as from abroad, participate. Apart from that a large number of pilgrims visit this combined shrine area throughout the year. It has been felt by the State Government that an authority should be constituted for development, regulation and management of Shrine area of Baba Baidyanath Dham and Basukinath Dham including Shrawani Mela held in the month of Shrawan (mostly in the month of July-August) with participation of officials as well as non-official members. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Jharkhand in the Sixty sixth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- CHAPTER-1
