There shall be an executive council for the execution and implementation of the decision taken by the authority under the Chairmanship of CEO. (1) The executive council consists of following members. i. Divisional Commissioner, Santhal Pargana (Dumka) –cum-CEO- Chairman ii. DIG, Santhal Pargana (Dumka) - Member iii. Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar - Member iv. Deputy Commissioner, Dumka - Member v. Superintendent of Police, Deoghar - Member vi. Superintendent of Police, Dumka - Member vii. Executive Engineer Deoghar – (Building, Road Construction Department, Drinking Water & Sanitation, Electricity, Rural Engineering Department) - Member viii. Municipal Commssioner, Deoghar Municipal Corporation - Member ix. Chief Executive Officer, Basukinath Nagar Panchayat - Member x. Civil Surgeon, Deoghar - Member (2) The Authority if so desire, may nominate two additional members.
