मुÉय काय[कारȣ पदािधकारȣ (CEO) या अÛय पदािधकारȣ ǔजसे मुÉय काय[कारȣ पदािधकारȣ Ʈारा यह शǒƠ Ĥ×यायोǔजत हो इस अिधिनयम कȧ धारा 23 के तहत् åयǒƠयɉ को दǔÖडत कर सकेगा।
