Control and Guidance- During mela period or implementation of activities falling under the jurisdiction of Authority, Divisional, district and other field level officers and employees of all departments of the State Government as well as officers and personnels of local bodies associated with development of Shrine Area including management of mela, will act under the guidance of Authority.
