Act to be binding on Apartment(Flat) owners.- All Apartment(Flat) owners, tenants of such owners, employees of owners and tenants or any other person who may in any manner use property or any part thereof >kj[k.M xtV ¼vlk/kkj.k½] o`gLifrokj 2 Qjojh] 2012 46 submitted under the provisions of this Act, shall be subject to this Act and to the Deed of Apartment(Flat) and the bye-laws of the Association of Apartment(Flat) owners adapted pursuant to the provisions of this Act. All agreements decision and determination law-fully made by the Association of Apartment(Flat) owners in accordance with the Deed of Apartment(Flat) or bye-laws shall be deemed to be binding on all Apartment(Flat) owners.
