Short title, extent and commencement – (1) This Act may be called “Jharkhand Apartment(Flat) Ownership Act, 2011.” (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Jharkhand. (3) This Act shall come into force on the date of publication of notification by the State Government of Jharkhand in the official Gazette.
