Vacancies, etc. not to invalidate proceedings of Trustee Committee:- No act or proceeding of the Trustee Committee shall be invalid merely by reason of:- (a) any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of, the Trustee Committee or. (b) any defect or irregularity in the nomination of a person acting as the Chairpersons or a Member of the Trustee Committee; or (c) any irregularity in the procedure of the Trustee Committee not affecting the merits of the case.
