The Trustee Committee shall consist of:- a. the Advocate-General of the State who shall be the Chairperson, ex-officio; b. The Secretary to State Government in its Law Department or Ministry, Member, ex-officio c. The Chairman of the State Bar Council, Member, ex- officio d. A Member nominated by Govt. of, Jharkhand. e. Two Members of the Bar Council to be nominated by the State Bar Council, Member. f. The Secretary of the Welfare Trustee Committee, Secretary, Ex-officio
