Meetings of the Committee :- (1) The Committee shall meet at least once in three months or more often if found necessary to transact its business under this Act or the rule made there under. (2) Five members of the Committee shall form the quorum for a meeting of the Committee. (3) The Chairperson or in his absence, a member, elected by the members present at the meeting, shall have power to exercise a casting vote. (4) Any matter coming up before a meeting of the Committee shall be decided by a majority of the members present and voting at the meeting and in the case of equality of votes, the Chairperson or the member presiding over the meeting shall have power to exercise a casting vote.
