Appointment of the Chairman and his removal (1) The State Government, shall appoint the Chairman, who shall be a whole time officer of the Council. (2) The pay, allowances and other conditions of service of the Chairman shall be such as may be determine by the State Government. (3) The State Government may by notification remove the Chairman if he refuses to act or is unable to Act or if he acts in a manner which the State Government considers it prejudicial to the interest of the Council.
