(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Willow (Prohibition on Export and Movement) (Amendment) Act, 2000. (2) It extends to the 2 [whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir]. (3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the * [Government Gazette].
