Power to remove difficulties.— (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act. 22 The J&K Official Gazette, 1st Nov., 2025/10th Kart., 1947. [No. 32-1 (2) Every order made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made be laid before House of Legislature of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
