(1) The term of office of a member of the Board shall be three years unless he is disqualified earlier under section 5. (2) An outgoing member, if otherwise qualified, shall be eligible for re-appointment. (3) A member of the Board may at any time, by writing under his hand addressed to the Government, resign his office and on such resignation being accepted, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
