(1) The Board shall, as soon as may be after the end of each financial year, prepare and submit to the Government, a report giving an account of its activities during the previous financial year. Such report shall also give an account of the activities proposed to be undertaken by the Board in the next financial year. The Government shall cause such report to be laid before 1 [the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir]. (2) The Board shall furnish to the Government any statistic and returns that the Government desire to be sent periodically in such form and manner, as the Government may direct form time to time.
