(1) The Chairman or any other member or employee of the Board shall be liable for damages for the loss, waste or misappropriation of any money or property of Board, if such loss, waste or misappropriation is a direct consequence of his misconduct while acting as Chairman or member or employee of the Board. (2) The procedure for fixing liability shall be such as may be prescribed.
